Founded in 2017, Urbasy Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% export-oriented apparel manufacturing and sourcing company committed to delivering world-class knitwear for global fashion brands. With over 40 years of combined industry experience, we specialize in the design, development, sourcing, and manufacturing of premium-quality garments for Men, Women, and Kids. Our customer-centric approach, modern manufacturing infrastructure, and uncompromising quality standards have made us a trusted production partner for businesses across international markets.

Our manufacturing facility is strategically located in Tiruppur, India, one of the world’s leading knitwear hubs. Spread across 44,000 sq. ft. and comprising three independent buildings, the facility is equipped with advanced production infrastructure that supports every stage of apparel manufacturing under one roof. From product development and sampling to fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packaging, every process is carefully managed by experienced professionals to ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery.
At Urbasy, we believe that successful manufacturing begins with skilled people. Our organization is powered by 200+ dedicated professionals working across fabric sourcing, merchandising, production, planning, quality assurance, operations, and administration. A dedicated sample development team of 10 specialists develops 35 to 50 samples every day, enabling rapid product development and faster turnaround for our customers.

Our production capabilities are designed to meet both large-scale and specialized manufacturing requirements. We operate approximately 100 advanced Brother and Kansai Special stitching machines, along with specialized Bartack, Snap Button, and Kaja machines to support precision garment construction. The factory maintains four cutting lines equipped with four straight knives and one band knife, allowing a cutting capacity of 4,000 to 4,500 pieces per day. Depending on garment complexity and style, our production lines manufacture 2,500 to 4,000 garments daily, while our integrated manufacturing infrastructure is capable of supporting production capacities of up to 10,000 pieces per day for suitable product programs.

Fabric quality is the foundation of every garment we produce. Urbasy specializes in a wide range of knitted fabrics, including Single Jersey, Interlock, Pique, Ottoman, Fleece, Cotton Spandex, Terry, Jacquard Knits, Rotary Prints, Bamboo, Cotton Modal, Mercerised, Poly Viscose, Cotton Viscose, and other premium blends. Every fabric undergoes stringent in-house inspection and testing before entering production. Our warehouse efficiently manages 40 to 50 tonnes of fabric every month, supported by organized storage facilities capable of handling large inventories while maintaining quality and traceability.

Quality assurance is embedded into every stage of our manufacturing process. From fabric relaxation and inspection to pattern development, cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and final packing, every garment is subjected to rigorous quality checks before shipment. This systematic approach ensures consistency, durability, and customer satisfaction across every order.
