Established in 2017, Urbasy Apparels operates from a modern manufacturing campus spread across 44,000 square feet. The facility comprises three independent buildings designed to support seamless apparel production, quality control, and efficient workflow management.

Office Premises

Skilled Teams Driving Success

Our office operations are supported by a dedicated workforce of approximately 40 professionals across fabric sourcing, pattern making, merchandising, planning, quality assurance, accounts, human resources, and administration. Each department works collaboratively to ensure efficient project execution.

This well-structured organizational setup enables smooth communication, faster decision-making, and effective coordination between development and production, ensuring every customer requirement is managed with precision and professionalism.

Sample Development

Turning Concepts into Samples

Innovation begins with our dedicated sample development department, where a skilled team of 10 specialists transforms ideas into production-ready garments. Every sample is carefully developed to meet design specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.

With the capability to create 35 to 50 samples each day, we support rapid product development, helping brands accelerate approvals, shorten lead times, and bring new collections to market efficiently.

Fabric Storage & Inspection

Quality Begins with Every Fabric

Urbasy specializes in premium knitted fabrics and manages approximately 40 to 50 tonnes of fabric every month through an organized storage and inspection system. Our facility is designed to handle large fabric inventories while ensuring proper storage conditions.

Every fabric undergoes comprehensive in-house inspection and quality testing before entering the cutting process. This meticulous approach ensures consistency, minimizes defects, and forms the foundation for producing garments that meet international quality standards.

Cutting Area

Precision in Every Cut

Our cutting department features four dedicated cutting lines equipped with four straight knives and one band knife, allowing efficient and accurate fabric cutting for a wide range of garment styles and production requirements.

Supported by an experienced team of eight professionals, the department processes approximately 4,000 to 4,500 garment pieces each day, ensuring maximum material utilization, precise dimensions, and a smooth transition into the production stage.

Production Area

Advanced Machinery, Superior Output

Our production floor is equipped with around 100 advanced Brother and Kansai Special stitching machines, complemented by specialized Bartack, Snap Button, and Kaja machines. This modern infrastructure ensures precision, consistency, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

With a production capacity of approximately 2,500 to 4,000 garments per day, depending on garment style and complexity, our facility delivers high-quality apparel with reliable turnaround times while maintaining strict quality standards at every stage.
